These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation in the Hellotickets Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Hellotickets (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”) and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To participate in the Hellotickets Affiliate Program, you must:
• Apply through our affiliate sign-up form.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Disclose, at the time of registration, all websites, domains, and channels on which you intend to promote Hellotickets and display affiliate links.
• Be accepted by Hellotickets into the Program, which we may refuse or revoke at any time at our discretion.
• Upon acceptance, you will receive a dedicated affiliate tracking link to use in promoting Hellotickets services.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
• Promote Hellotickets’ products and services in a professional manner.
• Only use the provided affiliate links for tracking purposes.
• Ensure all promotional materials and websites adhere to applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws.
• Ensure that your websites and promotional materials contain no false or misleading links, claims, or representations, and never imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation with Hellotickets where none exists.
• Avoid misleading or unethical marketing practices, such as false advertising, spamming, or unauthorized discount codes.
• Refrain from bidding on Hellotickets brand-related keywords — including the Hellotickets name and any variations or common misspellings — in paid search or PPC campaigns, and from using such terms in your ad copy, ad titles, display URLs, or landing-page URLs. You must not use paid search placements that mislead users about your affiliation with Hellotickets.
• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of your site and all content that appears on it.
3. Website and Domain Standards
To protect the integrity of the Hellotickets brand and the brands of the events, venues, and performers featured on our platform, the following standards apply to any website, page, or domain you use to promote Hellotickets:
• You may not register or use any domain, subdomain, or website name that incorporates the name of a live event, venue, artist, performer, team, festival, or other third-party rights holder without appropriate authorization.
• You may not use any domain, subdomain, or page that could reasonably be confused with an official Hellotickets website, or with the official website of any event, artist, venue, or team.
• All websites and domains on which you display Hellotickets affiliate links must be disclosed to and approved by Hellotickets before use. Placing affiliate links on undisclosed websites may result in suspension or termination.
• You must keep the list of your approved promotional channels accurate and up to date, and notify us before adding new websites or domains. We are happy to review a proposed website before launch.
4. Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship
You must clearly and honestly disclose your affiliate relationship with Hellotickets wherever you share affiliate links, so that consumers can easily understand that you may receive compensation for purchases made through those links.
• Include a clear and conspicuous disclosure whenever affiliate links appear in reviews, recommendations, blog posts, web pages, videos, social media posts, or other endorsements, placed near the relevant content so that users can easily see it.
• Disclosures must not be hidden within terms of use, privacy policies, footers, or other secondary pages.
• Social media posts containing affiliate links must include an appropriate disclosure consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements. Acceptable examples include statements such as “This post contains affiliate links,” “I may earn a commission if you purchase through links on this page,” or labels such as “Sponsored” or “Paid Partnership” where applicable.
• Failure to provide adequate disclosures may result in commission reversals, suspension, or removal from the Program.
5. Sub-Affiliates and Sub-Networks
If you operate a sub-affiliate network or work with sub-affiliates, the following additional responsibilities apply:
• You are fully responsible for ensuring that every sub-affiliate complies with this Agreement, including all website, domain, marketing, and disclosure requirements.
• You must ensure that the appropriate Hellotickets reference and tracking identifiers are passed correctly in all sub-affiliate reporting.
• Any breach of this Agreement by a sub-affiliate will be treated as a breach by you and may result in commission reversals, suspension, or termination.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
• Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices to generate sales.
• Placing Hellotickets links or ads on any site that contains inappropriate or illegal content, including but not limited to violence, pornography, or hate speech.
• Using software that overwrites cookies to generate commissions without the end user’s knowledge or consent.
• Promoting Hellotickets on coupon, deal, or discount sites without prior written consent from Hellotickets.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
7. Commission Structure
Affiliates are eligible to receive a commission based on successful transactions generated through their referral links. The commission rate will be communicated at the time of joining the Program and may be subject to change.
• The current standard commission rate is 10% on all valid sales.
Hellotickets reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of returns, cancellations, or fraudulent sales. Traffic or sales generated through prohibited activities — including prohibited brand bidding, undisclosed websites, or missing affiliate disclosures — are not eligible for commission.
8. Payment of Commissions
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, with payments made by the 15th of the following month after the commission is earned.
Payments will be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed payment methods.
You must ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date. Hellotickets is not responsible for any delays due to incorrect payment details.
The minimum payout threshold is €100. If your commissions do not reach this amount, they will be carried over to the next payment cycle.
9. Tracking and Reporting
Hellotickets uses cookies to track sales generated through your affiliate link. The tracking period (cookie duration) is 30 days. You will have access to a personalized dashboard where you can view your sales, traffic, and commissions.
10. Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
Hellotickets regularly reviews affiliate websites, channels, and marketing practices to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Where we identify a violation, we may, at our discretion:
• Reverse affected commissions or withhold payments.
• Suspend your account pending review.
• Remove you from the Program.

11. Term and Termination
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Hellotickets.
Hellotickets may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, and may terminate an Affiliate’s account immediately for breach of this Agreement.
Upon termination:
• You will cease all promotion of Hellotickets products.
• You will remove all Hellotickets links and references from your website or marketing channels.
• Any outstanding commissions below the minimum threshold will be forfeited.
12. Intellectual Property
Hellotickets grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos, banners, and other promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting Hellotickets under this Program. You may not modify these materials without prior approval from Hellotickets.
13. Limitation of Liability
Hellotickets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or connected to this Agreement, including but not limited to lost revenue or commissions. The total liability of Hellotickets in connection with this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you over the prior six months.
14. Confidentiality
Any non-public information you receive from Hellotickets, including commission rates, business strategies, or customer information, must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties unless required by law.
15. Modification of Terms
Hellotickets reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or via their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
By registering and participating in the Hellotickets Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
